The film Akira came out in the year 1988, and basically changed the anime game forever. I first saw this film when I was little but it was the ending, never from the beginning. So when I went to high school and finally saw it from beginning to end, I just thought this was too dope and very influential.

So like the huge otaku that I am, I decided to make this beat tape based on this landmark anime classic. I really hope I did Katsuhiro Otomo proud.

I named this beat tape Capsules because each beat is a capsule, once opened something different will happen. It also happen to be the name of Kaneda's gang, who knew?
