7/10/10. One of cinema’s BEST sci-fi action-thrillers was released to the world.

Christopher Nolan was on his way to becoming one of Hollywood’s biggest film directors. After 2008’s comic book hit film The Dark Knight, the world was beginning to take notice. Then on July 10, 2010, Nolan released a project he’s worked ten years to develop, the sci-fi/thriller, Inception. Starring a well-rounded cast headed by Leonardo DiCaprio, the score once again composed by Nolan’s frequent collaborator, Hans Zimmer, and that infamous ending people are still trying to understand, Inception, became a part of pop culture for many years and people still talk about to this day.

I saw this masterpiece on opening night and the only movie I HAD to see twice to understand, but going for a second time was worth it. I’ve been a fan of this movie for a long time, and me being a BIG Hans Zimmer fan, I loved his score. So I thought it would be good to celebrate 10 years of this incredible movie by making a beat tape from one of my all-time movies.

Don’t forget your totem, because when you’re done with this beat tape, you’re gonna need it to know if you’re still in a dream………
